# 개인정보 제3자 제공 동의

### 제1조(목적)

회사(처리자)와 별개의 독립된 사업자인 판매자/제휴 카페(제공받는 자)에게 주문·예약의 계약 이행에 필요한 최소한의 개인정보를 제공하기 위한 동의서입니다.

### 제2조(제공받는 자)

1. 판매자(입점사) — 상품 제조·공급·배송·A/S 담당
2. 공간 제공자(제휴 카페) — 현장 픽업 운영, 수령 확인·재고 관리

### 제3조(제공 항목)

1. 배송형 주문(판매자): 수령인 성명, 연락처, 주소, 주문번호, 주문 상품명·수량, 결제금액, 배송 요청사항, CS 처리에 필요한 범위
2. 현장 수령(카페 점주): 수령 식별 정보(주문번호), 수령용 QR/토큰, 주문 상품명·수량

### 제4조(이용 목적)

포장·배송 또는 수령 확인, 고객 문의 응대, 교환·반품·환불·A/S 등 구매/예약 계약의 이행을 위해서만 이용합니다.

### 제5조(보유·이용 기간)

거래 목적 달성 시까지 이용하며, 관련 법령에 따른 의무 보존기간이 있는 정보는 해당 기간까지 보관 후 파기합니다. 목적 외 이용 및 재제공을 금지합니다.

### 제6조(동의 거부 및 불이익)

이용자는 제3자 제공에 동의하지 않을 권리가 있으나, 동의 거부 시 배송·수령 등 서비스 제공이 불가능할 수 있습니다(예: 주소 미제공 시 배송 불가).
